1. General
These terms apply to all orders placed on the website https://lankavarasto.com. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on the chosen delivery country. Any free shipping thresholds will be clearly indicated on the website or at checkout.

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We ship orders within Finland and internationally using Posti. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
- Finland: Average delivery time is 2–4 business days.
- International Shipping: Delivery times for other countries may vary significantly depending on the destination and local postal services.
While we strive to meet these estimates, we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates for international orders due to factors beyond our control (e.g., customs processing or regional carrier delays).
For orders shipped outside the European Union, the recipient may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the shipment reaches your country. These additional charges must be borne by the recipient.
4. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods without providing a specific reason.
- Return Notification: You must notify us of your cancellation providing Order Number and Full Name used at checkout via email at lankavarasto.info@gmail.com before returning the product.
- Product Condition: The returned product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when it was received.
- Return Costs: The customer is responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods, unless the product is defective or incorrect.
5. Refunds
We will refund the amount paid for the products (including original standard shipping costs) within 14 days of receiving your cancellation notice. However, we may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or proof of return shipment.
6. Unclaimed Packages
Failure to pick up a package from a collection point is not considered an official cancellation. If a package is returned to us as unclaimed, we reserve the right to charge a fee to cover the actual return logistics costs.
7. Claims and Damaged Goods
If a product is transported damaged or is otherwise defective, please contact our customer service via lankavarasto.info@gmail.com providing the following information:
- Order Number
- Full Name used during checkout
- Clear photos of the damaged product and the packaging
- Description of the defect
