2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on the chosen delivery country. Any free shipping thresholds will be clearly indicated on the website or at checkout.

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We ship orders within Finland and internationally using Posti. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

While we strive to meet these estimates, we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates for international orders due to factors beyond our control (e.g., customs processing or regional carrier delays).

For orders shipped outside the European Union, the recipient may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the shipment reaches your country. These additional charges must be borne by the recipient.

4. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods without providing a specific reason.

5. Refunds

We will refund the amount paid for the products (including original standard shipping costs) within 14 days of receiving your cancellation notice. However, we may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or proof of return shipment.

6. Unclaimed Packages

Failure to pick up a package from a collection point is not considered an official cancellation. If a package is returned to us as unclaimed, we reserve the right to charge a fee to cover the actual return logistics costs.
